However, for years the science behind foods and how they can help and hurt the human body has highlighted the same foods as beneficial for personal health. Smoothies – Smoothies are convenient and filling. Frozen fruits and veggies are shown to have close health benefits as fresh ones, and they are so customizable that anything works. Berries are known for their anti-inflammatory benefits, and if you want to turn it into a green smoothie, spinach is rich in iron and fiber. My Story: 
A little bit about me! For about the past 15 years, health and wellness have been paramount in my life. Without diving into all the details, there were two significant life events (curing my own high blood pressure in my 20s and the sudden death of my dad) that truly ignited my desire to live the healthiest, cleanest (and therefore most fulfilling!) life possible.
Starting  Simplified Superfoods was fueled purely by my own personal desire to help revolutionize the most important meal of the day– breakfast.  Eventually, I decided I wanted to give time-starved parents and professionals access to satiating ingredients that were able to fuel their abundant, productive lives— all in the name of convenience.  That’s why the perfectly portioned superfood mixes combine protein, fiber, and healthy fats.  Simply blend the product into a smoothie, stir in oatmeal or sneak into muffin mixes for kiddos to make breakfast exponentially healthier and exhilaratingly easier.
I harness my power by:  putting myself first. when I’m religious about getting in a good sweat, a solid mediation, and eating sh*t ton of veggies, I’m the best version of myself.
