Ways to Practice the Law of Attraction; Gain Control in 2022


2022 is The Lovers tarot card year. While this means unity within ourselves, reason, passion, the divine, and independence, we must start this year focused on what we want to manifest. What is the best way to do that? Practicing the law of attraction, of course! Here are 4 ways to practice the Law of Attraction and gain control in 2022.

Vision Boards

Vision boards are the most common way most of us practice the law of attraction. What exactly is a vision board? Imagine sitting at a table; across from you is the universe. You place all your goals and desires out and claim them as yours. This is essentially what a vision board is; a visual representation of you putting your true intentions out into the universe to attract those goals.

If you follow our CADA Culture Instagram, you know we start the week off with an affirmation from each CADA girl. Not only does this encourage us to start the week off with a positive attitude, but it rewires our brains to attract what we most desire. By repeating your affirmations, you strengthen what you are declaring from the universe.

There are many different ways you can practice affirmations. Many have a journal they write daily affirmations in; others write what they want to affirm on sticky notes and place them around their home. Saying your affirmations out loud in a mirror is also an effective way of reinforcing what you are claiming.

Here are a few examples of affirmations you can use:

  1. The universe protects me, my high vibe mindset, and those I love.
  2. I am grateful for my path and will transcend through all that is placed before me.
  3. The universe always provides to me exactly what I need when I need it.
  4. I am confident in who I am. I am worthy of love, kindness, patience, and respect.
Setting Intentions

Intention setting is claiming what you want to achieve through your actions. You can set your intentions in many different ways, but you must follow a few steps before you begin.

First things first, you must find what you want to achieve. This is important because the clearer you are, the easier it is to achieve your goal! Next, get rid of any negative beliefs you have about your goals. This is easier said than done, but you will be able to fully trust in yourself over time! Then, you can create different ways to actively make your intentions a reality.

The most crucial step is reinforcement, just like we mentioned when discussing affirmations. Affirmations are also included in intention setting because you claim what you want from the universe.


After meditation, your brain is not distracted. It is the best time to reinforce your intentions. When you meditate, you train your intuition to know when and how to take action on your intentions. As you gain more positivity and visualize your manifestations while meditating, reducing any negative beliefs about your goals becomes easier.

Here are some of the best ways to practice meditation:

  1. Have a routine of when you meditate. Consistency is key.
  2. Limit your distractions. Focus on clearing your mind and setting intentions.
  3. Concentrate on your breathing. This will help you stay focused so your mind does not wander.
  4. Relax after your meditation. Maybe write in a journal about your experience and what thoughts came through during your practice.
